Service Learning Coordinator and Service Corps Members visited SPU's campus during Mid-Winter Break.
During the Seattle Public School’s Mid-Winter Break, members of the VFA Service Corps took some time to visit a college campus. On Wednesday, February 17th four members headed over to Seattle Pacific University to take a tour of the campus and eat lunch in the dining hall. In the future, we hope to visit other Seattle schools, including the University of Washington and Seattle University. This trip included the seniors in high school from the team, while the next trip will include the younger classmen to get them visiting college campuses.
