YAT members attend first overnight retreat

The YAT members attended an overnight retreat this past weekend to learn more about the CARE project, begin their leadership training, and to become more acquainted with their peers.

The retreat began on Friday night at 5pm, and ran until 5pm on Saturday.  Over the course of the 24 hours,  the YAT members were involved in several team building activities, skits, as well as games and discussions on community organizing and Vietnamese history .  Even through the power outage incident on Friday night,  the group stayed up to play games, but were still able to fully function and participate in most of Saturday’s activities.  This is the first of three retreats for the YAT.

Can the blindfolded YAT make a square with one rope?

Yes! A perfect square!
