During Spring Break, when VFA does not have programs, the staff takes the opportunity to hold a retreat. During two days in Mt. Vernon, Passages Northwest facilators engage everyone in teambuilding exercises to examine leadership style and enhance communication. The retreat is also an opportunity to discuss ways to improve our programs. Plus, it was really fun!
